Who We Are
Day Spring Ragdolls is registered with El Dorado County and as such are required to align with their best practices. We were drawn to the Ragdoll breed because of their temperaments and have been abundantly blessed by the love and joy they bring to our home. We live on a beautiful 5-acre property in Shingle Springs Ca. Our Ragdolls enjoy watching deer, turkey, peacocks, and the many bird species and other animals that are common to the foothills. We enjoy seeing the many toys that we find around our home and the occasional drowned toy mouse in a water dish. Playing with and cuddling with our Ragdoll cats and kittens is one of the greatest joys we have in life. Our Ragdolls are part of our family and are treated with the highest degree of love and respect.

Our goal is to raise beautiful Ragdolls with warm temperaments that are genetically tested. Socialization is one of our top priorities.

Day Spring Ragdolls is registered with El Dorado County, and we have a business license. We are also a TICA registered cattery and breed in alignment with the Ragdoll breed standard. Before breeding, every Day Spring Ragdoll is genetically tested to ensure they have the best genetics and healthiest kittens possible. With this practice, Day Spring Ragdolls can provide a 2-year health guarantee against hereditary and 1-year health guarantee against congenital defects.
All Ragdoll kittens are handled and played with everyday to ensure the development of easy temperaments that are the mark of the Ragdoll breed.

Day Spring Ragdolls is a licensed, TICA registered, family owned and operated small home cattery located in Shingle Springs California. We serve the Bay Area, Sacramento, Southern CA, and Nevada areas.
Shingle Springs is in El Dorado County. Sacramento is 40 miles from us, on HWY 50. We are nestled in the beautiful Gold Country Foothills in Northern CA. We service the surrounding areas like San Francisco (Bay area), Lake Tahoe, Reno, Carson City, Northern Nevada.
